REGISTRATION INFORMATION

Welcome to the Canmore Minor Hockey Association 2020-21 season.  Please see the chart below to determine your child’s appropriate age division for the upcoming season.  For detailed program information please visit the Program Information tab.

Online registration for all programs will be open June 8-August 1,2020.

  • Follow the link above and from here you can register for conditioning camps and programs for the upcoming season.   
  • Please register your child for the appropriate program for age and skill level.
  • If you are new to Canmore Minor Hockey, please upload a photocopy of your child’s birth certificate in the registration form OR send a copy via email to info@canmorehockey.org.  This copy will be kept on record for future years with CMHA.
  • If your child is trying out for a AA or AAA team elsewhere, they MUST register with CMHA before any permission to try out forms can be signed.  Please contact the registrar with questions. These forms can be found on our website under "Forms".
 


Payment can be made online by credit card only. The initial payment is $200 and the remaining fees will be split into five equal payments. These payments are due on the 1st of each month until November 1st. In addition, payments must be up-to-date in order for a player to be eligible to participate in evaluations and/or practices in September. If registering after June 30th, you will need to also pay the monthly instalment (July,Aug...) at the time of registration. 

 

If you do not want to pay by instalments, there is an option to pay in full on the “payment information” portion of the registration form. 

 

Registration can be made offline as well: You also have the option to pay by e-transfer. Here are the e-transfer instructionsIf you would like to pay by-e-transfer, you must fill out this google registration form so we can add your family info to your new RAMP account. Your player will be registered upon receipt of funds and completed form. You will need to fill out the google form for each player.

 

Finally, if you are registering more than one player in your family, you are eligible for the subsequent child discount of $100 per player. In the ‘Payment Information section of the registration form, please enter the promo code: SUBCHILD for each subsequent child. The registrar will be monitoring all registrations.
