Registration Information 2024-2025

New this season: CMHA has implemented a Volunteer Bond. Families will be required to participate in the program to register and maintain good standing with the Association. All members are asked to read the information found on the Volunteer Page on our website, prior to registering.

Registration 2024-2025

  • Fees will increase for the upcoming season. Please read through the program information to learn more about each program offered by CMHA and the payment options and expectations.
  • Please use your existing RAMP account to register. If you forget your password, you should be able to reset it. If you forget which email address is attached to your account, please send an email to info@canmorehockey.org.
  • At the time of registration, players will pay division fees only. When registering, please indicate which program your player is interested in playing next season, REP, RHL, or RMFHL (Female Hockey). If a player is rostered to either a REP or RMFHL team, the additional program fees will be due by October 31st, no exceptions.
  • Division fees will be broken down into four payments, the first being due at the time of registration (June 1st-30th). The remaining payments will be due July 1st, August 1st and September 1st, 2024. If the first payment is not made at the time of registration, the registration is not considered complete.
  • All division fees are due September 1st, and any player not paid in full by that date will have their registration removed and money refunded.
  • We offer a $100 discount to parents with multiple players. The first player registered will be charged full fees. Use the Promo Code - "SUBCHILD" for each subsequent (additional) child(ren) that you register.
  • After June 30th, players will be added to the waitlist only. Depending on registration numbers, we will invite players on the waitlist to register. A late fee of $100 will be charged for some programs.
  • Accepted methods of payment will be credit card or e-transfer. If you are paying by e-transfer, please follow these instructions, then proceed with registration once the e-transfer has been sent and confirmed.
  • LAST BUT NOT LEAST-Players that are registered and paid in full by June 30th, will be entered into a draw for a chance to win ONE available free Registration.

CMHA Camps and Clinics: Information can be found here on our website. Registration for Conditioning Camps is open now.

Financial Aid: Please see the Financial Assistance page on our website for more information. Please send an email to info@canmorehockey.org if you have any questions or need some assistance. CMHA encourages families needing financial assistance to apply at the beginning of June to avoid delays.

Respect in Sport (RIS): Reminder, when registering, please enter your Respect in Sport-Parent certificate number. If you do not have this (new to hockey), or if it is expired, please visit this link to view your certificate number or to recertify your RIS-Parent (due every 4 years). If you have any questions about your account or certificate, please call the Respect in Sport Help Desk @ 1-866-956-9791.

New families: All new registrants are required to complete Respect in Sport-Parent (one parent per family). Please follow this link for more information on the course.

AA/AAA Tryouts: If your player is trying out for AA/AAA this fall, please read through the information available on our AA/AAA Tryout Information page. Information will be updated as it is received.

Waivers: We strive to be a respectful and supportive hockey community. When registering please be aware that you will be asked to sign several pledges and waivers. Please read through them all to ensure you understand what is expected of you, and your player.

Interested in Coaching? Please complete the registration as yourself, not as your player (i.e. your 8 year old child should not be registered to coach). If your VSS (Vulnerable Sector Screening) was completed prior to October 2021, you will need to submit a new one to us before October 2024. Interested head coach candidates will be contacted by Jeff Giesler, CMHA Coach/Skills Coordinator. For more information on the role of a head coach/assistant coach, and required certifications please head to this page on our website.

Thank you for reading through the above information. Should you have any questions, please contact CMHA at info@canmorehockey.org.
